Path Two: Getting Back on Track
This path is for you if you have a pretty good grasp on healthy eating, you’ve just been farting around with food and need a swift kick in the bum to clean things up.
Week One: the Cleanse

Week Two: Life After the Cleanse
You probably feel amazing after Cleansing last week and you’re ready to get back to a generally healthy way of eating. You’ve got a few options here:
If you’ve been off track for a while or really want to get some results on the scale, I suggest checking out the Reintroduction sections in our Just Getting Started path.
If you’re confident in your ability to keep the ball rolling and not fall back into the pizza and Dorito pool, you could jump right into a Whole30 to allow for more variety, while still keeping things super clean.
If you’re hooked on the changes you’ve seen in your body after only a few days, you could start dabbling with Fine-Tuning and see where the wind takes you.
If you just want to get back to eating what you love while making it uber good for you, you can move onto Maintenance at this point.
