Path One: Just Getting Started
This path is for you if you’ve been off track for as long as you can remember or you’ve tried every diet under the sun and nothing’s worked. The best thing you can do right now is wipe the slate clean and start super clean, super minimal and super simple…which is exactly what the Cleanse is.
Week One: the Cleanse

Week Two: Reintroduction
Start by adding TWO reintroduction foods (wine, chocolate, fruit, starchy veggies, Paleo treats, grain-free chips or crackers, beans and dairy) to each day this week. Pay suuuuper close attention to how they make you feel: bloated, foggy, crave-y… take note and start learning how food affects you.

Week Three: Add two more foods
Assuming all went well with the first two foods, now it’s time to add two more.
If all did NOT go well or you fell off the wagon already, go back to square one and Cleanse for a day or two to reset and try again. This is a process, so do your best to NOT get discouraged; we all go through it and learn through it.
Week Four: Add two more foods
You’re probably picking up on the trend now. Keep adding foods slowwwwwly and do your best to remain calm and patient! Don’t jump into pizza right away if you’ve had trouble sticking to diets in the past. Use this tiny amount of time in your life to really figure out your body. You’ll reap the rewards for decades, I promise!
