20 Clean Cocktail Recipes for Summer
Gone are the days of nursing a carb hangover from all the sugar in those poolside cocktails you splurged on last night. It’s absolutely possible to enjoy all the pleasures of alcohol this summer while NOT wrecking your diet, feeling bloated or wasting the entire next day on the couch, elbow-deep in a bag of chips.

*Note: If you’re following a strictly gluten-free diet, remember to check that the alcohol you’re using is also gluten-free (think potato or grape vodka and distilled gin). Similarly, if you’re sticking to a completely grain-free diet, you’ll want to choose a cocktail made with a grain-free alcohol (like wine or 100% agave tequila).
