Ezekiel Avocado Toast

Tip: this is even better with an Ezekiel English muffin if you can find them. I get mine at Whole Foods.

Ingredients:

1 egg

1/2 avocado

1/2 Ezekiel English muffin or 1 slice bread

Butter

Steps:

Toast the bread while frying your egg in butter

When the toast is ready, mash your avocado on top and sprinkle whatever seasoning you like. Trader Joe’s EBTB is a CC fave!

Top it off with your fried egg and enjoy!
