Pretty much all of our favorite foods are on the list of libido boosters which makes us wonder… Is it all the greens and fats that make our skin glow or all the great sex we’re having 😉

Whether you’re already having mind-blowing sex or you wouldn’t mind spicing things up in the bedroom, including these foods in your diet on a daily basis is a great way to stay proactive about a healthy sex life, which ranks way up there in importance right next to your emotional, mental and physical health.

Alright, let’s get to these great-sex ingredients:

1. HOT CHILIES

These flaming hot little buggers are loaded with capsaicin, a chemical that boosts circulation and arouses nerves which means all the right parts get extra stimulation.

2. AVOCADOS

All the vitamin E in these fatty fruits make them amazing for hormone production, particularly testosterone and estrogen which heighten the pleasure factor.

3. BANANAS

Aside from a not-so-subtle penis resemblance, they’re loaded with potassium which is essential for muscle contraction aka orgasms.

4. STRAWBERRIES

All the vitamin C in our favorite berries keep circulation flowing smoothly and maximizing pleasure. Cover them in chocolate and you’re in for one hot treat! Now we know why they’re so popular for Vday 😉

5. CHOCOLATE

February’s most famous food contains phenylethlamine, a chemical that boosts feelings of excitement. Girls who eat chocolate daily are also said to have better sex lives. We rest our case.

6. PUMPKIN SEEDS & OYSTERS

Both of these foods are ranked high in the randiness department because they’re loaded with zinc which is a key ingredient in testosterone and healthy sperm production. If you’re planning a baby any time soon, write this one down!

7. GARLIC

These spicy little bulbs contain allicin, which is said to increase circulation particularly to the nether regions.

8. RED WINE

This really should be number one on our list, but instead it’s lucky number seven. Besides the warm, fuzzy feelings it gives us, red wine is full of resveratrol, an antioxidant that improves blood flow and sexual stimulation.

9. SALMON

The omega-3 fats in this delish fish are responsible for keeping sex hormone production in peak shape.

10. WATERMELON

One of our favorite summertime fruits contains citrulline, which helps blood vessels relax which means blood flows at warp speed which means… you climax faster.

11. CELERY

It’s been said that celery increases pheromone levels in our fella’s sweat making us super hot for him. Is there a veggie-resistant man in your life who should hear this one? 😉
